As the General Manager, Paddy oversees three departments: the Pro Shop, Maintenance, and Redwood Yards. She is also the person you will be connected with when you apply for a membership. Paddy is the resident expert here, as she has been with the Redwood Meadows Golf Club for over 32 years. She began in 1990 as an accountant, then moved into an Assistant Manager/Accountant role in 2000. In 2005 she started her current position of General Manager. Her philosophy in work and in life is to treat people the way you want to be treated – with honesty and kindness – which in turn makes both rewarding.
